CAPE GIRARDEAU

The Cape Girardeau Police Department released the following items. Arrests do not imply guilt.

Arrests

* Robert A. Short, 28, 413 N. Frederick St., was arrested on suspicion of domestic assault.

* Joshua L. Faulkner, 37, 922 Good Hope St., was arrested on two Cape Girardeau warrants for failure to appear for contempt of court for failure to pay fine and costs for property free of litter and failure to appear for contempt of court for failure to pay fine and costs for no valid operator's license.

* Suspects were in custody pending formal charges of unlawful possession of a concealable firearm and possession of marijuana.

* A suspect was in custody pending formal charges of stealing and interfering with an arrest at the Buckle, 3049 William St.

* William L. Taylor, 18, of Shelby County, Tenn., was arrested on a Shelby County, warrant for theft of property.

* Aron D. McCormick, 20, 516 Cape Meadows Circle, Apt. 42, was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for failure to appear for a red traffic signal violation.

* Tanisha R. Dunigan, 25, 324 S. Lorimier St., Apt. A, was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for failure to pay fines and on a Sikeston, Mo., warrant for contempt of court.

* Darin L. Leffler, 41, 116 N. Henderson Ave., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for three counts of probation violation for suspended operator's license.

* A 15-year-old boy was cited into juvenile court on suspicion of peace disturbance.

Summonses

* Wallace Watson, no age given, of Sikeston, Mo., was issued a summons for following too close.

* Brent V. Smith, no age given, 1923 Old Sprigg Street Road, was issued a summons for following too close and displaying the license plates of another vehicle.

* Penny M. Eaker, no age given, of Anna, Ill., was issued a summons for following too close.

* Cameron Shipman, no age given, of Bernie, Mo., was issued a summons for following too close.

* Maurice J. Lyles, 24, 915 N. Frederick St., No. A1, was issued a summons for assault.

Assault

* Domestic assault was reported.

Thefts

* Bank of Missouri, 1622 N. Kingshighway, reported robbery.

* Theft was reported at 2806 Independence St.

* Rhodes 101, 1126 N. Sprigg St., reported theft of fuel.

* Rhodes 101, 449 S. Kingshighway, reported theft of fuel.

* Rhodes 101, 2109 William St., reported theft of fuel.

Property damage

* Accidental property damage was reported at 777 N. Main St.

Miscellaneous

* A runaway juvenile was reported.

CAPE GIRARDEAU COUNTY

The Cape Girardeau County Sheriff's Department released the following items. Arrests do not imply guilt.

DWI

* Hannah R. Mauk, 19, of Jackson was arrested on four Cape Girardeau County warrants for failure to appear for unlawful use of drug paraphernalia, failure to appear for possession of marijuana, failure to register a motor vehicle, no insurance, displaying the plates of another vehicle, probation violation for unlawful use of drug paraphernalia, probation violation for driving while intoxicated, and two Cape Girardeau warrants for improper registration and failure to appear for suspended operator's license.

* Jeremy D. Voshage, 23, of Cape Girardeau was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for probation violation for driving while intoxicated.

Arrests

* Chassidy T. Valenti, 30, of Cape Girardeau was arrested on suspicion of domestic assault.

* Dalton W. Burns, 20, of Cape Girardeau was arrested on suspicion of being a visibly intoxicated minor.

* Raymond J. Riddle, 26, of Cape Girardeau was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for probation violation for possession of controlled substances.

* Garret L. McVey Sr., 36, of Sikeston, Mo., was arrested on a Farmington, Mo., warrant for speeding and no insurance.

* Cameron B. Keller, 25, of Jackson was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for probation violation for possession of controlled substances.

* Landers Whitcomb Jr., 26, was arrested on a Scott County warrant for failure to appear for nonsupport.

* Chantelle L. Carlisle, 37, of Sikeston, Mo., was arrested on suspicion of driving while revoked.

* Zachary J. Durham, 21, of Millersville was arrested on suspicion of possession of drug paraphernalia and sexual misconduct.
