Ford did not produce a 293 cu in flathead motors. they produced a 238 and one other flathead v8. The 292 cu in was the first non-flathead engine. That is a beautiful car and I would like to own one like this.

Wrong again but close, the Ford flathead V-8 was a 239 Cu in, 272 cu-in was next in line in 1954 and was an overhead valve engine.
