Ridding river of rock pinnacles may come this week

ST. LOUIS -- The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers on Friday said it was finalizing how soon crews could begin clearing submerged rock formations hindering Mississippi River barges as concerns linger the drought-plagued waterway soon may close to shipping.
