High school roundup: St. Vincent boys basketball team captures Crystal City tournament

Dylan Richardet scored 10 points to help lift St. Vincent to the championship of the Crystal City tournament with a 39-31 win over the host Friday night.

Richardet hit both of the Indians' 3-pointers.

Trenton Gremaud added nine points for St. Vincent (3-0).

Ste. Genevieve defeated Saxony Lutheran 53-41 in the third-place game.

Gabe Bohnert poured in 26 points to pace Saxony Lutheran (1-2).

Karsen Powers added 10 points for Notre Dame (1-1) in the loss.

The Bulldogs will face Poplar Bluff at 5 p.m. Saturday for third place followed by the championship match between Miller Career Academy and top-seeded Dexter (2-0).
