Most homeowners do their yardwork after work in the evening or on the weekend - so now they can't bring the yard waste to the pits except for a few hours on Saturday mornings - who thought this was a good idea?

Change the city motto: Now reads - Home of beautiful blah blah blah AND STREETS FILLED WITH YARD WASTE - What the heck? Are we stealing leaves and grass clippings? Most of our neighbors do their yard work in evening or weekends, Just need address for councilman and mayor - maybe their driveways are the best choice now for recycling spots! Waste of city money to fence up the grass clippings and weeds!
