High shool roundup: Coomer throws three-inning perfect game for Delta

Ciara Coomer pitched a three-inning perfect game as Delta won 15-0 at home Thursday in high school softball action.

Coomer, a sophomore, struck out six in improving to 2-6.

Machela VanGennip had a triple and a double for Delta (2-6). Jenna Henson also had a double for the Bobcats.

Oran 5, Chaffee 3

Tatum May had two hits, including a double, in the Eagles' road victory.

Chrissy Sauceda had a triple, while Taylor Nenninger added a double for Oran (4-2).

Anna Jones was the winning pitcher in relief of May.

Adrienne Eichhorn and Jessie Evans both had a double for Chaffee (3-4). Eichhorn finished with two hits.

D.J. Keim was 3 for 3, while Austin Bucher went 3 for 4 and pitched for the Wildcats.
