Smith pitched six innings for the win. He allowed four hits, struck out 10 and walked one. Jordan Kimball finished up with a hitless seventh inning.
The contest was scoreless through two innings before the Capahas put up three runs in the third inning. The Capahas added three more runs in the fourth inning, piled up nine runs in the fifth inning and six more runs in the sixth inning.
