Cape Girardeau

The Cape Girardeau Police Department released the following items. Arrests do not imply guilt.


* A subject was in custody pending formal charges for property damage.

* Tara L. Decatoria, 37, 2825 Whitener St., Apt. 3, was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for failure to appear for expired license plates and on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for failure to appear for failure to register a motor vehicle.


* Domestic assault was reported.

* Domestic assault was reported.


* Lisa M. Williams, 31, 43 S. Lorimier St., No. 4, received a summons for selling alcohol to a minor.

* Elizabeth M. Bedell, 31, 1439 Bessie St., received a summons for leash-law and city animal license violations.


* A burglary and damage to a window screen were reported at 3910 Carolewood Drive.

* A burglary, the theft of a weed eater and hedge trimmers and damage to a door were reported at 1530 Howell St.


* Theft was reported at 2015 Lacey St.

* Rhodes 101, 10 West End Blvd., reported liquor stolen.

* Rhodes 101, 1624 N. Kingshighway, reported gasoline stolen.

* A bank card and Social Security card were reported stolen at 257 East Lake Drive.

* Rhodes 101, 546 S. Sprigg St., reported gasoline stolen.

* An iPhone was reported stolen at 3061 William St.

* Rhodes 101, 1129 N. Sprigg St., reported liquor stolen.

* A stop sign was reported stolen at North Main Street and Broadway.

* Denny's, 161 West Drive, reported food stolen.

* Rhodes 101, 1624 N. Kingshighway, reported fuel stolen.

* Rhodes 101, 546 S. Sprigg St., reported fuel stolen.

* The theft of an iPod Nano and tampering with a motor vehicle were reported at 916 College St.

Property damage

* Damage to vehicles was reported at 161 West Drive.

* Damage to a windshield was reported at 22 N. Lorimier St.


* Resisting/interfering with arrest was reported.

* Forgery was reported.

* Tampering with a motor vehicle was reported.

* A 51-year-old woman was taken into protective custody.

* Harassment was reported.
