Mizzou Graduation

Jonathan Russell Sarno, son of Dr. and Mrs. Wayne A. Sarno, graduated from Mizzou College of Agriculture, Food and Natural Resources, magna cum laude on May 12. 2012. During his time at Mizzou, Mr. Sarno accomplished many goals. He was Resident advisor for 2 years, was invited to join 2 honor societies, participated and was very active in the Newman Club. He was in the upper 10% of his class and was peer advisor for the Pre-Vet community and for the Pre-Vet freshman interest group and was awarded a number of scholarships. He was on the Dean's list for academic achievement for his entire 3 years of attendance. Jonathan was accepted into Mizzou's Veterinary Medical School after only 3 years of undergraduate study (the 3+1) program. He has completed his first year of Vet school as his last year of Mizzou. Mr. Sarno is considering specializing in Veterinary opthalmology and is considering staying on at Mizzou's vet school as a teacher.
