Woman charged with killing in Washington has murder charge dropped, will testify against co-defendant

BELLINGHAM, Wash. -- One of two people facing murder charges in the death of a Cape Girardeau native pleaded guilty Wednesday to the felony of rendering criminal assistance and will testify against her co-defendant, Whatcom County Prosecuting Attorney David McEachran said.
