Israeli leader delays settler evictions

JERUSALEM -- Israel's prime minister said Tuesday he has ordered a delay in the planned evacuation of a group of Jewish settlers from an illegally occupied building in the West Bank, putting off a potentially violent standoff with Israeli security forces.
