High school roundup: Central boys pummel Festus 62-30 at home

The Central boys basketball team built a 21-point lead by halftime and went on to post a 62-30 victory against visiting Festus on Saturday.

Garan Evans netted 14 points for Central (15-6), while T.J. Tisdell had 13 points and Ross McClanahan added 11.

Central faces rival Jackson on Tuesday.
