Perryville man accused of selling drugs near school

PERRYVILLE, Mo. -- A Perryville man was arrested Dec. 29 on suspicion of peddling prescription medication near a school. Steven P. Moore, 49, was arrested after he allegedly sold 20 hydrocodone pills and 50 alprazolam pills to an undercover officer within 2,000 feet of a school, according to a release from the Perry County sheriff's office. Moore is being held at the Perry County Jail on $25,000 cash-only bond.
