Bent Creek kicks off The Big Drive

The Big Drive at Bent Creek is challenging fans to lower the cost of golf.

It's not often that a business puts the cost of a product or service in the hands of its customers. But that's exactly what Bent Creek Golf Course is doing this month, as part of The Big Drive.

The goal is simple: Bent Creek will lower the cost of a Game-Changer golf pass for 2012 (A $2,000 value) every time someone "likes" the Bent Creek Facebook page through Nov. 18. So the more Facebook fans Bent Creek gains, the lower the price of a Game-Changer pass goes -- down to as little as $499. That's unlimited golf for an entire year, at the area's premier course, for $499.

"We know not everyone can pay $2,000 for golf, and something you love shouldn't cost more than you can afford," said Mike Litzelfelner, general manager. "The Big Drive is a way to recognize Bent Creek's golfers in the best way we know how...by allowing them an even better opportunity to play more golf, at the area's best course."

The passes go on sale beginning Black Friday, for a limited time. You can learn more, help lower the price and follow along with the Big Drive at www.facebook.com/bentcreekgc
