Highway commission to meet in Poplar Bluff

SIKESTON, Mo. -- The monthly meeting of the Missouri Highways and Transportation Commission will be held today at the Black River Coliseum in Poplar Bluff, Mo. The meeting will begin at 10:30 a.m. and is open to the public. The commission is a six-member, bipartisan board that governs the Missouri Department of Transportation. Delegations representing the following groups will give presentations at the meeting: the Ozark Foothills Regional Planning Commission & Development Association; the Highway 67 Corp., and the Tri-State Development Summit.
