Little scientists exploring a chemistry lab at Southeast Missouri State University.

This October, the Science Departments and School of Extended and Continuing Education at Southeast Missouri State University will offer a great opportunity to area children. Saturday October 29th will be the third annual Halloween Science Night! In the spirit of Halloween, the children will be transformed into scientists with safety glasses and lab. aprons and sent to explore scientific labs on campus. Each lab or classroom will introduce students to various careers or topics in science. The goal is to get area children excited about science, science careers, and to learn that science is fun. The event is geared for children 5-12 years old. This is a FREE event but registration is required. You can register online at http://www.semo.edu/continuinged/36758.htm
