Caruthersville man pleads guilty to child porn charges

A Caruthersville, Mo., man entered a guilty plea in federal court on charges of possession of child pornography, the Standard Democrat reported. Justin Linsman, 32, pleaded guilty to one felony count of possession of child pornography before U.S. District Judge Stephen N. Limbaugh Jr. Linsman now faces a maximum sentence of 10 years' imprisonment and a $250,000 fine, followed by a period of supervised release of life. Sentencing is set for Dec. 19 in Cape Girardeau.
