Same pig, different lipstick

I expect the presidential job plan to be the same old bloated bureaucratic pig as usual but with a different color lipstick in an attempt to make it look better and different from the other bureaucratic pigs. It will be another commission or some other layer of bureaucrats that will only increase jobs in Washington.
