The Cape Girardeau Police Department released the following items. Arrests do not imply guilt.

DWIs

* A subject was taken into custody pending filing of formal charges of driving while intoxicated.

* Lucretia Sanelle Joiner, 28, of East Prairie, Mo., was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated.

* Joshua Ryan Taylor, 21, of Festus, Mo., was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated, improper lane usage and driving without a valid license.

* A subject was in custody pending formal charges of driving while intoxicated.

Arrests

* A subject was in custody pending filing of formal charges of unlawful use of drug paraphernalia and trespassing.

* Timothy Roland Conrad, 20, 523 Minnesota Ave., was arrested on suspicion of discharging a firearm within city limits.

* Sandra Lee Rhodes, 48, 679 Napa Circle, was arrested on a Scott County warrant for larceny.

* Charles Alfred Crenshaw, 21, of Sikeston, Mo., was arrested on suspicion of trespassing.

* A 14-year-old boy was cited into juvenile court on suspicion of trespassing.

* A 16-year-old girl was cited into juvenile court on suspicion of truancy.

* Levelle D. Simpson, 23, 1213 S. Ellis St., was arrested on two Cape Girardeau warrants for failure to appear for speeding and no seat belt.

* Christopher S. Pounds, 33, 663 Olivia Drive, was arrested on a St. Francois County, Mo., warrant for two counts of tampering and three counts of theft.

* A subject was taken into custody pending filing of formal charges of possession of a controlled substance, possession of marijuana and trespassing.

* Paul V. Whitlock, 42, of Chaffee, Mo., was arrested on a Scott County warrant for failure to appear.

* Troy Lee Jones Jr., 35, 2827 S. Sprigg St., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for probation violation for no operator's license.

* Marchenko Antonop Simpson, 19, of Sikeston, Mo., was arrested on a warrant for probation violation for stealing.

* Steven Lee Williams, 33, 911 Ranney Ave., was arrested on a Jackson warrant for failure to appear.

* A subject was taken into custody pending formal charges of stealing.

* Colleen Blake, 27, 1005 S. Benton St., was arrested on suspicion of stealing.
