WINNERS of the ICKC 6th Annual National Invention

ICKC president, Carrie Jeske awards $1,000 and 1st Place prize to Lisa Bishop, inventor of the Quad Cozy Chair, along with event sponsor David Beaham, president of the Faultless Starch Bon Ami Company.

The Inventors Club of Kansas City hosted their sixth annual national Invention Contest on Tuesday, August 2nd. Inventors and entrepreneurs from all over North America arrived at the Kauffman Foundation Conference Center to present their US Patented or Patent Pending products for a chance to win cash prizes and the opportunity to have their consumer product licensed, marketed and sold.

Nearly 200 product submissions from all over the US and some from as far as Canada, India, Sweden and the UK were received this past spring from April--July, 2011. Twenty inventors and their inventions were selected to travel to Kansas City to present their products to a five judge panel.

The Judges and audience selected four winners and the Faultless executives selected the 1st place winner. With more than 150 people in the audience, the Judges and the People have spoken.
