The Cape Girardeau Police Department released the following items. Arrests do not imply guilt.

DWIs

* Kevin J. Jansen, 55, 3100 Pioneer, Lot A, received a summons for driving while intoxicated, driving while license suspended and careless and imprudent driving.

* Robbie Jo Busler, 39, of Stratford, Okla., was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated.

Arrests

* Mark A. Thompson, 28, of Chaffee, Mo., was arrested on a Scott County warrant for a child safety belt violation.

* Christopher Criddle, 17, 805 Perry Ave., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for failure to appear for contempt of court for being a minor in possession.

* Rebecca M. Bliss, 19, 2020 Concord Place, was arrested on suspicion of stealing at 3439 William St.

* Logan R. Clippard, 19, of Jackson was arrested on suspicion of stealing at 3439 William St.

* A juvenile was in custody on possession of drug paraphernalia.

* Christine E. Calhoun, 40, 601 North St., Apt. 4, was arrested on a Butler County warrant for failure to appear for fraud.

* Jesse J. Boyer, 30, 1121 Good Hope St., was arrested on suspicion of domestic assault.

* A juvenile was cited into juvenile court on suspicion of unlawful use of a weapon.

Summonses

* Thaddeus D. Fisher, 25, 645 S. Sprigg St., Apt. H, received summonses on charges of trespassing and possession of marijuana.

* Dale E. Elston Jr., 1821 N. Main St., received a summons for failure to drive within traffic lanes.

* Charles M. Garmon, 21, 413 S. Ellis St., received a summons for peace disturbance.

* Georgia Ann Hollinger, age not given, 2106 Bloomfield Road, received a summons for leaving the scene of an accident.

* Shanta K. Bell, age not given, of Ullin, Ill., received a summons for striking a stopped vehicle.

* Michael A. Fischer, 30, 214 Estate Drive, received a summons for illegal dumping.

* Jessica D. Dsvis, 1106 Big Bend Road, received a summons for clothing theft at JC Penney, 3049 William St.

* Hope A. Renn, 33, 1119 Good Hope St., received a summons for excessive weed growth.

Assaults

* Domestic assault, burglary, felonious restraint and unlawful use of a weapon were reported.

Robbery

* Robbery/stealing was reported.

Thefts

* Downspouts were reported stolen at First Presbyterian Church, 235 Broadway.

* A vehicle was reported damaged and a black booklet stolen.

* JC Penney, 3049 William St., reported theft of clothing.

* Grocery items were reported stolen from Schnucks, 19 S. Kingshighway.

* Shell D-Mart, 3415 William St., reported gasoline stolen.

* Bi-state Oil, 612 S. Sprigg St., reported gasoline stolen.

* Keys were reported stolen at 51 Hazel Drive.

* Bi-state Oil, 612 S. Sprigg St., reported gasoline stolen.

* A purse was reported stolen from a vehicle at 1430 N. Main St.

* Money was reported stolen from La Croix Pet Hospital, 2984 County Road 620.

* Stealing/tampering was reported.

* A vehicle was reported damaged.

The Cape Girardeau County Sheriff's Department released the following items. Arrests do not imply guilt.

DWI

* Scott W. Fornkohl Jr., 22, of Cape Girardeau was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated and second-degree domestic assault.

Arrests

* Keilon T. Moore, 18, of Cape Girardeau, was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for receiving stolen property, resisting a lawful detention and unlawful use of a weapon.

* Devin L. Baugher, 45, of McClure, Ill., was arrested on suspicion of driving while license suspended.

* Alexander G. Neely, 19, of Oak Ridge was arrested on suspicion of being a minor visibly intoxicated.

* Delandric B. Webb, 35, of Cape Girardeau was arrested on suspicion of driving while license suspended.

* Leevi D. Grammer, 19, of Cape Girardeau, was arrested on suspicion of first-degree tampering with a motor vehicle.

* Joseph M. Thiele, 24, of Jackson was arrested on suspicion of second-degree burglary, possession of up to 35 grams of marijuana, possession of a controlled substance except 35 grams or less of marijuana and stealing.
