Dear Karen,

Congratulations on your retirement. I remember you as a very caring person, nurse and leader. I know you will be missed. I pray you enjoy your retirement and maybe fulfill some of your dreams.

If you get down my way give me a call.

Best wishes from and old Southeast nurse,

Jackie Richardson

Southeast, if you're smart, you won't let her get away. There's your next CEO, she can get the job done.
