Cape Girardeau

The Cape Girardeau Police Department released the following items. Arrests do not imply guilt.

DWI

* Zachary T. Abbruscato, 22, 2828 Themis St., received a summons for driving while intoxicated.

Arrests

* Shea D. Mattingly, 28, of Portageville, Mo., was arrested on suspicion of stealing from Kohl's.

* Michael Tyrone Council, 41, 631 Themis St., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for a probation violation.

* Steven M. Brannan, 25, of Memphis, Tenn., was arrested on a three Cape Girardeau warrants for failure to appear for contempt of court for failure to pay a fine for speeding, improper registration and speeding.

* Isaac J. Powers, 20, 906 Aspen Drive, was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for failure to appear for stealing.

* A subject was in custody pending charges of possession of drugs.

* Christina M. Ward, 26, 905 Missouri Ave., was arrested on a Malden, Mo., warrant for failure to appear.

* A 10-year-old boy was cited into juvenile court for unlawful use of a weapon.

* Demarco T. Garvin, 34, of Cairo, Ill., was arrested on suspicion of assault on a law enforcement officer and property damage.

* A subject was in custody pending charges of robbery and armed criminal action.

Summonses

* Mary B. Sparks, 57, 550 S. Hanover St., received a summons for excessive weed growth and failure to maintain private property free of litter.

* Sandra D. Sides, 64, of Florissant, Mo., received a summons for excessive weed growth and failure to maintain property free of litter.

* Thomas J. Thornton, 34, 1346 Perry Ave., received a summons for prohibited acts of noise.

* Andrew M. Seyer, 19, 1400 S. West End Blvd., received a summons for prohibited acts of noise.

* Andrea N. Klein, 23, 1408 Lexington Ave., received a summons for prohibited acts of noise.

Assaults

* Domestic assault was reported.

* Domestic assault and unlawful use of a weapon was reported.

Thefts

* A wallet was reported stolen at 155 Siemers Drive.

* A purse was reported stolen at 334 N. Foutain St.

* Money was reported stolen at 1801 Brink.

Burglary

* A burglary was reported at 515 Washington Ave.

Miscellaneous

* Harassment was reported at 3049 William St.

* A 43-year-old man was placed in protective custody.

* Robbery and armed criminal action were reported at 5 N. Spanish St.

* A 43-year-old man was placed in protective custody.

* Child abuse was reported.
