Cape Central 's James Lane signs letter of intent

Cape Central High School basketball standout James Lane recently signed a letter of intent to play ball for John Wood Community College in Quincy, IL. Pictured seated with James, left to right, are Cape Central Head Coach Drew Church and his mother Hope Miller. Standing are Assistant Basketball Coach Seth McDowell and Athletic Director Lance Tollison. James averaged 16.8 ppg and 10.6 rpg. Coach Church stated, "I am very proud of James. He worked very hard and was a pleasure to coach. I am confident he will do very well at the next level of basketball."
