Cape Girardeau

The Cape Girardeau Police Department released the following items. Arrests do not imply guilt.

DWI

* A subject was in custody pending charges of driving while intoxicated, having no insurance and failing to maintain the right half of the roadway.

Arrests

* Zachary V. Snider, 27, 613 Sycamore St., Apt. A, was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for failure to appear for prohibited acts.

* Tobias S. Winters, 19, 2408 Aspen St., was arrested on suspicion of possession of marijuana with the intent to distribute.

* Amy Dodd, 28, 1618 Oak Lane, was arrested on suspicion of trespassing.

* A suspect was in custody pending charges of four counts of assault on a law enforcement officer and two counts of property damage.

* Steven Aaron May, 28, 917 N. Fountain St., was arrested on two Cape Girardeau County warrants for failure to appear for possession of marijuana and failure to appear for traffic offenses.

* A suspect was in custody pending charges of domestic assault.

* A subject was in custody pending formal charges of burglary/stealing.

* A suspect was in custody pending charges of trespassing.

* A 15-year-old boy was cited into juvenile court pending charges of domestic assault and possession of a controlled substance and being beyond parental control.

* A subject was in custody pending charges of unlawful use of a weapon, armed criminal action, unlawful possession of a firearm and property damage.

* A suspect was in custody pending charges of filing a false report and misusing 911.

* Alexandra Denise Byers, 27, 40 N. Henderson Ave., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for failure to appear.

Summonses

* Jacob Bradley Leet, 21, of Jackson, received a summons for indecent exposure.

* Lindsey Ann Hayes, 19, of Ironton, Mo., received a summons for being a minor in possession of alcohol by consumption.

* John A. Lawrence, 1224 N. Missouri St., received a summons for stealing and property damage.

Assaults

* Assault was reported.

Robbery

* A robbery was reported at 546 S. Sprigg St.

Thefts

* A debit card was reported stolen at 2779 Hawthorne Road.

* Credit cards were reported stolen at 945 Karau Lane.

* A debit card and an iPhone were reported stolen at 829 Karau Lane.

* Diamonds were reported stolen at 3524 Mallard Road.

* BiState, 612 S. Sprigg St., reported gasoline stolen.

* Kidd's, 103 N. Kingshighway, reported gasoline stolen.

* The city of Cape Girardeau reported a concession stand broken into at 410 Kiwanis Drive, where food, tables and a trash can were reported stolen.

* A Honda Ruckus was reported stolen at 644 S. Spring Ave.

* Rhodes 101, 449 S. Kingshighway, reported gasoline stolen.

* A passport was reported stolen at 442 N. Frederick St.

* Laptops were reported stolen at 455 Mason St.

* The city of Cape Girardeau reported money stolen.

* Money was reported stolen at 123 N. Main St.

* Rhodes 101, 1624 N. Kingshighway, reported gasoline stolen.

* Rhodes 101, 1624 N. Kingshighway, reported gasoline stolen.

* An iPod and GPS were reported stolen at 205 S. Plaza Way.

* Rhodes 101, 1624 N. Kingshighway, reported gasoline stolen.

Property damage

* Ceiling tile was reported stolen at Fellowship Baptist Church, 430 Koch Ave.

* A window was reported broken at 43 S. Lorimier St.

Miscellaneous

* A 27-year-old man was placed in protective custody.

* A 45-year-old man was placed in protective custody.

* A violation of an order of protection was reported.

* A 25-year-old woman was placed in protective custody.

* A 31-year-old man and a 30-year-old man were placed in protective custody.

* A 28-year-old man was placed in protective custody.

* A 32-year-old man was placed in protective custody.
