The Perryville baseball team scored two runs in the top of the sixth inning, but it couldn't get over the hump in a 4-3 loss to host Dexter on Thursday.

Colby Brown suffered the loss on the mound.

Bell City scored two runs in the bottom of the seventh but fell to Bernie in the championship game.

The Cubs committed seven errors and had five hits in the 9-5 loss.

Woodland scored 10 runs in the seventh inning to defeat Dexter 18-7 in the third-place game.

Amy McFarland was the winning pitcher and went 2 for 6 with a double at the plate.

Kathlyn Cooper was 3 for 6, while Josie Long went 2 for 5 for the Cardinals (8-5).
