Cape Central High School Senior Eric Schott recently signed a letter of intent to run Cross Country and Track at Missouri Southern University at Rolla. Seated with Eric in the photo above are his parents Terry and Kim Schott. Duh... Missouri Southern is in Joplin. University of Missouri Science & Technology is in Rolla. Which one is he goin' to? Kelpe sure has a healthy beard...
