Cape Girardeau

The Cape Girardeau Police Department released the following items. Arrests do not imply guilt.

DWI

* Zachary R. Young, 27, of Jackson was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated.

Arrests

* Stacy Donnell Johnson, 22, was arrested at 1115 S. Ellis St. on a Mississippi County warrant for probation violation.

* Randall K. Horne, 51, 123 N. Clark Ave., was arrested on a Sikeston warrant for contempt of court.

* Jessica R. Davis, 24, 1206 Big Bend Road, was arrested on suspicion of stealing from Wal-Mart, 3439 William St.

* Zachary Ricks, 25, 2828 Themis St. Apt. 7, was arrested on a municipal warrant for failing to appear in court for no operator's license.

* Derek A. Mingo, 42, of St. Louis, was arrested on suspicion of failure to appear in court for no operator's license, no insurance and improper registration.

* Olajuwon C. Lane, 24, 2001 Mimosa Drive, Apt. 3, was arrested on a Scott County warrant.

* Robert Gafford, 20, 2830 Independence St., Apt. 3, was arrested on a municipal warrant for failing to appear in court for not wearing a seat belt and improper registration.

* A subject was in custody pending the filing of formal charges for possession of a controlled substance, driving while intoxicated, minor in possession of alcohol, failure to drive on the right half of the road.

Burglary

* A cell phone was reported stolen and a burglary was reported at 1105 Linden St.

Thefts

* Vehicle parts were reported stolen at 1821 Lacey St.

* A purse was reported stolen at 3049 William St.

* Theft was reported with no address listed.

* Rhodes, 10 S. West End Blvd., reported cigars stolen.

* Rhodes, 10 S. West End Blvd., reported fuel stolen.

Assault

* An assault was reported with no address listed.

Property damage

* Varsity Barber Shop, 1125 Broadway, reported a sign damaged.

* James E. Fullenwider, 31, of 2605 Ranchito Drive, was arrested on suspicion of failure to appear for no seat belt.

* Brandee Young, 30, of Benton, Mo., was arrested on a warrant for probation violation for driving while intoxicated.

* James Thompson, 21, of Scott City was arrested on suspicion of resisting a lawful stop.

* Jason A. Clark, 30, of Jackson was arrested on a county warrant for probation violation for failing to pay court costs.

* Benjamin B. Harrison II, 17, of Gordonville was arrested on suspicion of first-degree statutory sodomy.

* Darrell Nice, 49, of Cape Girardeau was arrested on suspicion of first-degree property damage.

* Kirstie Renfro, 18, of Dexter, Mo., was arrested on a Poplar Bluff, Mo., warrant for failing to appear for improper registration.

* Michael Boslin, 23, of Cape Girardeau was arrested on suspicion of marijuana possession and possession of drug paraphernalia.

* Derick Charles, 30, of Cape Girardeau was arrested on suspicion of possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia.

* Callie A. Reid, 38, of Leasburg, Mo., was arrested on suspicion of second-degree domestic assault.

* Timothy Brown, 32, of Jackson was arrested on suspicion of burglary and property damage.

* Bradley Deprow, 22, of Jackson was arrested on a Stoddard County warrant for fraud.

* Caleb Diggs, 19, of Whitewater was arrested on suspicion of second-degree domestic assault, distributing methamphetamine, manufacturing methamphetamine and unlawful use of a weapon.
