We are amused each winter by this 12 inch high screech owl. It is amazing to watch his or her habits. They wait for the right time of late afternoon to make their flight out for the night. We take down the house each spring to clean it out. It is full of bird feathers and bits of rodent skeletons. Most has never heard of an owl house so I put this on for others like I, that make bird houses for our feathered friends.

We have a bird feeder outside our kitchen window, and spend as much time watching the birds as we do watching tv.
