Isiah Harless of Scott City got his wish for a bicycle when heroes from the Cape Girardeau Fire Department and the Scott City Police Department teamed up with the Cape Girardeau Walmart store manager, Gary Elders (third from left), to provide needy children with toys during the Shop with a Hero event.
