Alma Schrader Elementary receives national award

The school received the award for its Constitution Day program, a community event in September that honors local heroes. "Ruth Ann and Julia bring pride to the community and honor to its heroes every year through their Constitution Day program," according to Pat Fanger, Asst. Superintendent. "They have received national recognition for their efforts, and it's richly deserved." CEP received a record 474 applications from public and private schools and districts. . Alma Schrader was one of 196 schools nationwide recognized for its programming that encourages character growth.
