Cape Girardeau County Presiding Commissioner Gerald Jones was honored Thursday for his years of service and commitment to the county. The Jaycee Charitable Foundation donated $2,250 to Mississippi Valley Therapeutic Horsemanship in honor of Jones and his upcoming retirement from the commission.
