It's actually called a Leucistic Hummingbird. A true albino hummingbird would have pink eyes and legs. However, this is a truely unique hummingbird and one that conservationists would love to know about as there are fewer than a dozen who have been captured and banded for research. According to your link Stacy, this *is* a picture of an albino hummingbird, because it does not have a black beak. The definition on the site you listed said albinos have pink eyes, legs and beaks, and the leucistic hummingbird will have a black legs and beaks.
