It's time to restore the power

Brad Sherman's presentation on "Restoring the Power" was informative and well-received.

While working to pay taxes we have let our elected officials gradually turn our government more and more socialistic with disregard for our Constitution.

President Obama promised he would transform our government and that he'd be ready to rule on Day One. Presidents lead. Kings and dictators rule.

One of his first official acts was to issue executive orders and then to name about 40 czars to do his bidding. Most of them have not been confirmed by Congress. Our leaders get their power from the people through the Senate that we elected.

He took over financial institutions and car makers -- unconstitutional and absolute socialism.

With the help of other commissars (congressional leaders) he used bribes and coercion to force massive bills through Congress without anyone knowing what was in them.

Recently he gave to the Senate Foreign Relations Committee 17 U.N. treaties which together will put us under U.N. control. He has threatened to let both houses approve them with a majority vote if the Senate doesn't ratify them.

He also plans to give full statehood to our island territories. Then he was have the 57 states he referred to. They will vote for socialism.

If we hope to save our freedom, we must unite. It will take every one of us doing all we can. Don't wait until it is too late.
