What Are These?

They are sensors that let the computer know if traffic comes to the line.

That is correct, they are sensors and no, they don't work as well as the loop detectors do in the pavement. You'll find yourself waiting at intersections with no traffic anywhere with these sensors. They don't even look like they'd make a decent boat anchor.

Bloomfield and Silver Springs is bad for not changing lights we sat through maybe 5 green light for traffic going down bloomfield our light to turn left was red for i say about 10-15 mins which let the traffic going the other way go 5 times and I think maybe the lights were messed up or the sensors

heck i let it go threw twice then i run the red light. then again i do this at alot of lights in cape that don't pick up my motorcycle
