Cape Girardeau

The Cape Girardeau Police Department released the following items. Arrests do not imply guilt.

Arrests

* Rodtree M. Banks, 30, 532 Landis Drive, was arrested on suspicion of burglary, domestic assault and stealing.

* James D. Noland, 49, 1101 Bloomfield St., was arrested on two Cape Girardeau warrants for failure to appear for littering.

* A 14-year-old girl was cited into juvenile court on suspicion of assault.

* Isaac J. Powers, 19, 906 Aspen Drive, was arrested on suspicion of possession of crack cocaine.

* Sarah H. Cooper, 33, 1347 Karen Drive, was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for probation violation for stealing.

* Cecil M. Jenkins, 40, 2500 Windy Hill Lane, was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for parole violation.

* Randi L. Rodgers, 21, of Tamms, Ill., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for probation violation for stealing.

* Two subjects were in custody pending formal charges of possession of methamphetamine with intent to distribute.

* Albert Leonard, 34, of Harvil, Mo., was arrested on two Butler County warrants for possession of a controlled substance and assault.

* Nicole R. Headspeth, 20, of Sikeston, Mo., was arrested on two Cape Girardeau warrants for failure to appear for stealing and being a minor in possession of alcohol; two Cape Girardeau warrants for failure to appear for peace disturbance and littering; and a Cape Girardeau warrant for probation violation.

* Jonathan R. Cooper, 22, of Benton, Mo., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for failure to appear for contempt of court for failure to pay fine and cost for littering.

* Brandy N. Swindle, 29, of Jackson was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for failure to appear for improper registration.

Summonses

* Misty D. Thrower, 35, 1726 Huntington Drive, received a summons for prohibited acts, noise.

* Ashlie J. Anderson, 3217 Kage Hills Drive, and Keith A. Gregory of Benton, Mo., received summonses for soliciting on private property.

Assault

* Assault and property damage were reported.

Thefts

* Walmart, 3439 William St., reported a theft of a BB gun. A 12-year-old boy was cited into juvenile court in connection with the complaint.

* Cash was reported stolen at 1927 N. Kingshighway, No. 29. Amy N. Dodd, 17, 1927 N. Kingshighway, No. 19, was arrested in connection with the complaint.

* The Shop, 821 Broadway, reported a theft of televisions.

* Best Buy, 3026 William St., reported a theft of an MP3 player and miscellaneous electronic accessories.

* A bicycle was reported stolen at 711 N. Clark Ave.

* A weather vane was reported stolen at 1722 Bloomfield St.

* A report of receiving stolen property was made at 1080 S. Silver Springs Road.

* Rhodes 101, 1126 N. Sprigg St., reported a theft of gasoline.

Property damage

* Vehicle tires were reported damaged at 421 Sheridan Drive.

* A window was reported damaged at 221 N. Fountain St.

Miscellaneous

* Two separate instances of interference with custody were reported.

* A 24-year-old man was placed in protective custody.

* A 30-year-old woman was placed in protective custody.

* A violation of an order of protection was reported.

* A 39-year-old man was placed in protective custody.

Cape Girardeau County

The Cape Girardeau County Sheriff's Department released the following items. Arrests do not imply guilt.

DWI

* Mark A. Hunt, 35, of Brosley, Mo., was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated and failure to drive on the right half of the roadway.

* Bennet C. Seyer, 45, of Ballwin, Mo., was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated and failure to drive on the right half of the roadway.

Arrests

* Justin B. Farrow, 18, of Jackson was arrested on suspicion of being a visibly intoxicated minor.

* Leslie D. Markham, 30, of Advance, Mo., was arrested on suspicion of stealing and tampering with a motor vehicle.

* Justin M. Miller, 20, of Burfordville was arrested on suspicion of being a visibly intoxicated minor.

* Clay T. Rouse, 18, of Jackson was arrested on suspicion of failure to signal when turning right, being a visibly intoxicated minor and resisting a lawful stop.

* Erica L. Scholl, 17, of Jackson was arrested on suspicion of possession of alcohol by a minor.

* Glenn E. Arnold, 36, of Cape Girardeau was arrested on suspicion of driving while suspended and failure to maintain financial responsibility, and on an Arnold, Mo., warrant for speeding and no insurance.

* Quinn C. Strong, 29, of Manchester, Mo., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for failure to obey a judge's orders for excessive blood alcohol.

* Mark A. Stewart, 19, of Cape Girardeau was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for probation violation for being a visibly intoxicated minor.

* Ryan M. Baker, 28, of Scott City was arrested on a Scott City warrant for failure to appear for no insurance and failure to register a motor vehicle annually.
