St. Paul School Receives R.M.H.C. Grant

The St. Paul Lutheran School of Jackson, has received $2000 from the Ronald McDonald House Charities to purchase new books for their libary. The books will enhance the school's Accelerated Reading progam for its students. RMHC supports non-profit childrens' programs in the areas of education, health and social well-being, and the cultural arts. The local chapter awarded $198,000 in grants to the projects in the tri-state area in 2009. On hand to receive the grant were; back row, Conrad Bonney, Cameron Jansen, Jacob Wunderlich,Brianna Mueller, Elizabeth Kiefner, middle row; Austin Gilliland, Jacob Vaught, Jessie Cagel, Benjamin Judkins, Amelia George, front row; Donna Goodson, writer of the grant, Cheryl Farrow, Area Supervisor for McDonalds, Micah Mirly, Faith Elfink, Karli Johnson, Emma Greene, Emma Johnson, Gavin Steffens, and Melissa Lanigan, Assistant Manager at McDonalds Jackson location.
