Perryville Motomart Manager, Bob Hawkinson (center), presents a donation to Perryville High School Principal Lee Gattis (right), and Perryville High School Athletic Director/Assistant Principal Jeff Steffens, for $7,554.80 at the conclusion of their "Fountains for Youth" program.

Through the program, area Motomarts donated, to local high schools, thirty cents per fountain soda and ten cents for each coffee sold during the months of September through December.

Perryville High School will use the donation for their sports program and the PBS (Positive Behavior Support) program. (Photo by Perry County School Dist. No. 32)

There ought to be more people like Bob Hawkinson. Our society is getting accustom to taking and not giving. I hope Bob ignites a spark in Perryville and more will follow suit. Congatulations Mr. Hawkinson. I'm proud to personally know you.
