ST. LOUIS (AP) -- An e-mail has been sent to Saint Louis University students warning them about an attack inside an on-campus bathroom.

KMOX Radio reports the attack happened Monday. A female student told police she was washing her hands when a man grabbed her from behind inside a bathroom in Xavier Hall.

The student screamed and was pushed to the floor. Her attacker ran away. She told authorities he was wearing a full-length maroon robe and a black hat with a thin veil.

University police say they've increased patrols at Xavier Hall. St. Louis and university police are investigating.
