Woodland 3rd grader, Nathan Kaminskas wins the 2010 Children's Arts Council Award. Utahna Hancock, chair of the Cape Giardeau Arts Council, personally selected and framed his art work and many others from hundreds of entries to hang in their State Representative's office for one year. Nathan recently attended a dinner at Lt. Gov Pete Kinder's office in Jefferson City and toured the state capitol with his Representative Shelly Keeney in honor of this achievment. Proud parents are Tim and Misty Davis of Glenallen and Brian and Sandy Kaminskas of Cape Girardeau.
