Father Patrick Nwokoye is no stranger to travel. The SEMO University Newman Center priest pilgrimages each year to various holy cities around the globe and with each trip takes a fortunate few of the Cape Girardeau faithful along.

This year, St Mary Cathedral School will host its 21st annual Dinner Auction, to be held February 20, 2010, at Ray's Conference Center. The BIG TICKET RAFFLE for the dinner auction features a trip for 2 with none other than the gracious Father Patrick himself -- to Paris (Notre Dame), Spain and Portugal (Fatima)!!! It's an all expense paid trip including travel fare, accommodations and meals, scheduled for the Summer of 2011, and it's a chance of a lifetime to travel to holy sites all over Europe with an experienced religious tour guide and traveler! Tickets are $20 each or 6 for $100....and plans are to announce the lucky winner at the annual fund raising event. Proceeds from the auction will be used this year in their entirety to benefit St Mary's new school building, currently being erected at the school's/church's Sprigg street property.
