Cape Girardeau

The Cape Girardeau Police Department released the following items. Arrests do not imply guilt.

DWI

* Daniel Vincent Abernathy, 20, of Jackson was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated and failure to drive within lanes.

* A subject was in custody for driving while intoxicated, possession of a controlled substance and failure to drive within a single lane.

Arrests

* Michael Allen White, 26, 37 S. Benton St., was arrested on suspicion of assault.

* Allen Matthew Easter, 27, of Festus, Mo., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for failure to appear for unlawful use of a weapon.

* Joshua Howard Cox, 23, of Tamms, Ill., was arrested on suspicion of prohibited acts (noise).

* A subject was in custody for tampering with a motor vehicle.

* A subject was in custody for assault of emergency personnel.

* Charles C. Jackson, 21, 714 S. Ellis St., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for failure to appear for walking in the street.

* Aaron L. Price, 21, 719 William St., Apt. 7, was arrested on suspicion of receiving stolen property.

* A 14-year-old boy was cited into juvenile court on suspicion of assault.

* David G. Webster, 46, of Jackson was arrested on suspicion of assault of emergency personnel.

* William E. Goodwin II, 30, of Jackson was arrested on a St. Louis County warrant for probation violation for arson.

* Kenneth D. Hester, 29, of Thebes, Ill., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for probation violation.

Summons

* Christina R. Smith, 17, 1221 S. Pacific St., received a summons for harassment.

Thefts

* Walmart, 3439 William St., reported a theft. Samuel Wayne Lix, 17, of Benton, Mo., was arrested in connection with the incident.

* Regis Salon, 3049 William St., reported thefts of an extension heating tool, extension removal gel and extension removal tool.

* Sears Grand, 330 Siemers Drive, reported a theft. Lacy Elaine Deevers, 27, 422 Bellevue St., Apt. F, was arrested in connection with the incident.

* CDs and a radio were reported stolen at 1221 Bloomfield Street.

* Rhodes 101, 2109 William St., reported a theft of gas.

* Rhodes 101, 10 S. West End Blvd., reported a theft of gas.

* Theft was reported at 1101 William St.

* Rhodes 101, 546 S. Sprigg St., reported a theft of gas.

* An iPhone was reported stolen at 205 Caruthers Ave.

Property damage

* A mailbox was reported damaged at 2528 Marsha Kay Drive.

* Subway, 700 Broadway, reported damage to its building.

* Ranell A. Robinson, 30, of Cape Girardeau was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated and driving while revoked.

* Clayton J. Havill, 37, of Jackson was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated.

* Fred H. Gramm, 46, of Cape Girardeau was arrested on suspicion of possession of a prohibited weapon.

* Tyler J. Bierschwal, 23, of Cape Girardeau was arrested on suspicion of possession of less than 35 grams of marijuana.

* Calvin J. Ayers, 49, of Cape Girardeau was arrested on suspicion of assault and unlawful use of a weapon.

* William J. Brown, 33, of Cape Girardeau was arrested on suspicion of possession of less than 35 grams of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia.

* Justin A. Fornkohl, 19, of Cape Girardeau was arrested on suspicion of possession of liquor by a minor.

* Ann M. Haight, 17, of Cape Girardeau was arrested on suspicion of possession of less than 35 grams of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia.

* Reba K. Hickey, 23, of Cape Girardeau was arrested on suspicion of possession of less than 35 grams of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia.
