Wednesday apartment fire now considered arsonFriday, November 6, 2009A Wednesday morning fire that damaged a Cape Girardeau apartment is now considered arson. Sgt. Jason Selzer of the Cape Girardeau Police Department said an investigation continues into a fire that moderately damaged a fourth floor apartment at 45 S. West End Blvd. around 6:15 a.m. Wednesday. No suspects are in custody. The fire occurred inside apartment No. 411, though smoke from inside the building spread to other nearby apartments. wow no comments. Everyone wants to condemn the south side black neighborhoods when crime happens, but when something like this happens away from their, there are no comments. interesting.
They'll just say blacks come from the southside and done it. This area needs to get over the racial stuff for real.
I used to run cable disconnects at those apartments all the time. Some flat out wierd people living there. It wouldn't surprise me to find out someone was just bored and high. these apartments are like a lot of the others in cape; maintained just enough to get by. Oh, and I wouldn't use the elevator, white black or purple. It smells like pee.
this may not be a "south side black neighborhood" but it is still a trashy neighborhood. those apartments are universally known as the drug apartments. nothing good goes on in those apartments or in that neighborhood.
