Wreaths Across America 2009

It's the time of year again to sponsor wreaths for the Veterans Graves. I am a SEMO patriot guard rider and last year we were proud to say we were able to cover the whole cemetery with wreaths and then some. This year however we will be only covering the MO Veterans Cemetery in Bloomfield MO. Their is other fundraising groups that will be taking care of the other veterans cemeteries in our area.I do have a website this year that is dedicated to only Wreaths Across America and has the pictures up from last years mission at the MO Veterans Cemetery in Bloomfield. There is a sponsorship form you can print out and mail in with your check to Wreaths Across America. Since we are a group that doesn't accept any kind of donations our group gets an extra wreath to put on a veterans grave. we do what they call the (2 for 3) option, for every 2 wreaths sponsored we receive an extra wreath free of charge for the cemetery. I am excited and am anticipating another great year with our goal accomplished. I am not sure how many groups are out there doing this mission but whoever asks you to sponsor a wreath please do so. We want to have our cemetery beautiful again for the Veterans they have given us so much, it's just a small token of gratitude to be able to put a wreath on their graves.
