Bald Knob Cross RestorationWednesday, November 4, 2009FRIENDS OF THE CROSS, the fund raising organization for BALD KNOB CROSS restoration, has just launched a new holiday campaign to seek additional donations for the restoration. $90,000 has been spent to this date on the repair of the Cross and work is ongoing each day. "Friends" began November 2, 2009 with the "Give$5" project, asking that those who want to help with the restoration to send $5 (or more if they want)to POST OFFICE BOX 81, Alto Pass, Il., 62905.
