Route P to be reduced to one lane today

Route P in Cape Girardeau County will be reduced to one lane today while Missouri Department of Transportation crews seal the pavement with liquid asphalt. Crews will be working on the section of road between Highway 25 and the Scott County line from 8 a.m. to 3 p.m. Highway 177 in Cape Girardeau County will be reduced to one lane Thursday while crews overlay the bridge deck. The bridge is between County Road 602 and Route J. Work will start in the morning and is expected to last four hours. Route D in Cape Girardeau County will be closed Monday from 8 a.m. to 3 p.m. for a pipe replacement. Crews will be working at the intersection of routes E and D.
