* Consider a bill proposing an ordinance approving the voluntary annexation of approximately 5.72 acres of property addressed as 4193 Bainbridge Road, as submitted by the Southeast Missouri State University Foundation.

* Consider a bill proposing an ordinance amending the "Crosswalks Designated Schedule -- Schedule XVI" by adding designations on West Main Street and West Adams Street.
