Police report 10/29/09Thursday, October 29, 2009Cape Girardeau The Cape Girardeau Police Department released the following items. Arrests do not imply guilt. Arrests * Brandon L. Pulliam, 22, 2769 Route V, was arrested on suspicion of stalking, possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia. * Corris R. Tabb Jr., 51, 223 S. Hanover St., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for failure to appear for no insurance. * A 15-year-old boy was taken into custody for possession of tobacco. * John Caddy Jr., 59, of Tiptonville, Tenn., was arrested on a New Madrid County warrant for probation violation. * Gabriel R. Yanes, 26, 1512 Stoddard St., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for driving while revoked. * Adam T. Wilson, 32, of Chaffee, Mo., was arrested on two Cape Girardeau warrants on suspicion of failure to appear for excessive speed and suspended operator's license. * Lisa C. Twiggs, 48, 313 N. Fountain St., No. 7, was arrested on suspicion of stealing. * A 13-year-old boy was taken into custody for assault and sexual misconduct. * Donna R. Cole, 40, 1447 Pemiscot St., was arrested on a warrant for parole violation. Summonses * Kirk R. Menard Jr., 20, 626 Broadway, 318 Mill St., received a summonses for stealing. * Justin C. Blackmon, 29, 1514 Scott St., was issued a summons for animal neglect. * Bernardo Salinas-Santiago, 103 N. Clark Ave., No. 101, was issued a summons for no driver's license and no insurance. Thefts * Rhodes 101, 546 S. Sprigg St., reported a theft of gasoline. * Rhodes 101, 449 S. Kings?highway, reported two thefts of gasoline. * Money was reported stolen at 142 Green Acres Drive. * A wallet was reported stolen at 301 N. Pacific St. * A camera, transmitter tubes, a driver's license, jewelry, coins and batteries were reported stolen at 40 S. Sprigg St. Assaults * An assault was reported. * A domestic assault was reported. * Domestic assault and unlawful use of a weapon were reported. Miscellaneous * Fraudulent use of a credit device was reported. * A 41-year-old man and 28-year-old woman were placed in protective custody. Jackson The Jackson Police Department released the following items. Arrests do not imply guilt. DWI * Randy Lee Flowers, 51, of Millersville was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated. Theft * A theft was reported in the 3600 block of East Jackson Boulevard. * A theft was reported in the 800 block of Dallas Street. * A theft was reported in the 300 block of East Jackson Boulevard. Miscellaneous * Harassment was reported in the 600 block of Colorado Street. * Harassment was reported in the 500 block of North High Street.
