MoDOT crews doing road, pavement work

Route D in northern Cape Girardeau County will be reduced to one lane of traffic today with a 12-foot width restriction while Missouri Department of Transportation crews cut down the bank next to the roadway. The work will take place from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m., weather permitting, on a stretch of road from Cape Girardeau County Road 444 to one half-mile south of that road.

Route P in Stoddard, Scott and Cape Girardeau counties will be reduced to a single lane of traffic today and Wednesday while MoDOT crews apply liquid asphalt to seal the surface. The work will take place from 7 a.m. to 4 p.m. each day, weather permitting, on a section of road from Highway 91 near Bell City, Mo., to Highway 25 near Delta.

Route B in northwest Cape Girardeau County will be limited to one lane of traffic today while MoDOT crews perform pavement repairs. The work will take place from 7:30 a.m. to 4 p.m., weather permitting, on a section of road from Route KK to Highway 72.

Route BB in northwest Cape Girardeau County will be limited to a single lane of traffic today and Wednesday for pavement repairs. The work will take place from 7:30 a.m. to 4 p.m. each day, weather permitting, on a section of road from Route B to the end of state maintenance.

Route AA in northern Cape Girardeau County will be reduced to one lane of traffic today and Wednesday for pavement repairs. The work will take place from 7:30 a.m. to 4 p.m. daily, weather permitting, on a stretch of road from Route B to the end of state maintenance. The work zone will be marked with signs.
