Arrests * A subject was in custody pending charges on suspicion of prohibited acts, interfering with arrest, improper passing, speeding, cutting across a private lot to avoid a signal and failure to yield. * A 14-year-old boy was cited into juvenile court for being a runaway. * Rober J. Colenburg, 23, of Ferguson, Mo., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for failure to appear. Assaults * A domestic assault was reported. Burglary * A television was reported stolen at 110 N. Park Ave. Thefts * Denny's, 161 West Drive, reported a theft of a rug. * Food was reported stolen at 130 Vantage Drive. * A cell phone, a cell phone case and IDs were reported stolen at 3265 William St. * AT&T, 3063 Gordonville Road, reported the theft of an iPhone. * Rhodes 101, 546 S. Sprigg St., reported a theft of gasoline. * Dollar General, 1142 N. Kingshighway, reported a theft of candles. Judy C. Richards, 35, 812 N. Missouri Ave., was arrested on suspicion of stealing in connection with the complaint. * Walmart, 3439 William St., reported a theft of MP3 accessories. Roger L. Clarke, 17, 510 N. Fountain St., received a summons in connection with the complaint. * A license plate was reported stolen at 1000 S. Pacific St., Cape Girardeau, was arrested on suspicion of property damage, two counts of assault on a law enforcement officer, two counts of resisting arrest by fleeing and being a minor in possession of alcohol by consumption. * Donald D. Sherman, 23, of Independence, Mo., was arrested on a Henry County warrant for failure to appear. Burger, 37, of Jackson was arrested on a Cole County warrant for parole violation and passing bad checks. * Kelly G. Overy, 26, of Oak Ridge was arrested on suspicion of driving while revoked and stealing. * Brent S. Floyd, 18, of Altenburg, Mo., was arrested on suspicion of armed criminal action, second-degree assault and unlawful use of a weapon. * Michael S. Cruz, 29, of Cape Girardeau was arrested on suspicion of trespassing. * Haylea E. Mills, 20, of Fredericktown, Mo., was arrested on suspicion of possession of liquor by a minor. * Clinton J. Reynolds, 18, of Leopold, Mo., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for probation violation and possession of a controlled substance. * Leah M. Montileone, 20, of Cape Girardeau was arrested on suspicion of being a visibly intoxicated minor. * Jessica L. Chaney, 22, of Jackson was arrested on suspicion of two counts of forgery.
